The Lead Commercial HVAC Installer will install various types of heating and cooling systems across residential, commercial, and government settings. This role is for a skilled installer who takes pride in doing the job right and wants to be treated as a professional.

Requirements

3+ years of Lead HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, controls, and installation best practices.
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Install HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, RTUs, mini-splits, and ductwork.
Connect electrical, refrigerant, gas, and duct systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork, fittings, and transitions.
Work closely with project managers, team members, and other trades to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
