About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to grow the North Texas team focusing on companies with annual revenues of $100MM to $500MM, as part of the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will cultivate, expand, and manage complex Commercial Banking relationships within the $100MM to $500MM revenue segment, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering strategic financial solutions aligned to client growth objectives. You will structure, negotiate, and manage sophisticated credit solutions, including cash flow lending, commercial real estate financing, and treasury management opportunities, while maintaining appropriate risk discipline. Leverage a comprehensive understanding of Commercial Banking products and services to deliver integrated client solutions across lending, treasury management, investment banking, and other specialized capabilities. Utilize formal credit training and strong financial acumen to assess risk, analyze financial performance, identify opportunities, and support sound credit decisions. Develop and maintain an established network throughout the Dallas market, generating new business opportunities and strengthening Wells Fargo's market presence. Drive business growth through proactive prospecting, referral generation, relationship expansion, and strategic client engagement. Partner effectively with credit, treasury management, capital finance, risk, and product teams to deliver a seamless and client-centric banking experience. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with business owners, CFOs, and other key decision makers by providing thoughtful advice, market insights, and strategic guidance. Identify, manage, and escalate risks appropriately while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, operational controls, and Wells Fargo risk management standards. Demonstrate strong communication, business development, and relationship management skills, effectively engaging clients, prospects, senior leadership, and internal partners.

Requirements

5+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Demonstrated expertise in Commercial Banking products and services, including complex commercial lending, treasury management, capital solutions, and integrated financial offerings serving clients within the $100MM to $500MM revenue segment.
Completion of a formal credit training program with strong proficiency in credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, risk assessment, deal structuring, and portfolio management.
Established network and market presence throughout the Dallas metropolitan area, with the ability to leverage professional relationships to drive business development and enhance market penetration.
Proven success managing and growing complex Commercial Banking relationships within the $100MM to $500MM revenue segment, serving as a trusted advisor while delivering customized financial solutions that support client growth and strategic objectives.

Demonstrated commitment to sound risk management practices, including the identification, mitigation, and escalation of risks while maintaining adherence to regulatory, credit, and operational standards.
