KidStrong is a rapidly growing company that helps parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids through a science-based curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development for children aged walking through 11 years old. We are seeking talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids to make a positive impact on their lives. This role is for our DFW location and offers a fun, energetic, and professional team environment.

Requirements

Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age.
Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
CPR certified.
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
Self-starter that just gets a job done.

Nice To Haves

Athletic or coaching background.
Experience coaching kids ages 15mo-8 years old.
Pediatric OT/PT experience.

Responsibilities

Coach students within the appropriate KidStrong age range (15 months - 8 years old).
Educate parents on the KidStrong curriculum.
Conduct administrative work for up to 5 hours per week.
Potentially increase scheduled hours through private class coaching.
