Girls United is an organisation dedicated to creating a level playing field, both on and off the pitch, by establishing grassroots football clubs for girls and using football as a tool for empowerment. The organisation is experiencing rapid growth and is involved in several exciting projects. The Lead Coach position involves delivering structured, age-appropriate training sessions and matchday experiences for competitive Girls United FC teams (U9 to U16) participating in the Tandridge Youth Football League. This role includes practical session delivery, player support and development, and collaboration with the existing workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, female players, and a desire to contribute positively to the community. Girls United offers a growing player pathway through its Play Like a Girl and Love The Game programmes, from social play sessions to FC teams, and extends into local ETC and PGA programmes.
