About The Position

Eldercare at Home is a trusted private pay home care company that has been serving families for 50 years. We provide meaningful, one-on-one care to clients throughout New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender Counties, and we are looking for an experienced, dependable Lead CNA to join our team. Requirements

Active CNA certification required
Prior hands-on caregiver or CNA experience required
Valid driver's license and Current auto insurance required
Background checks required

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with personal care and daily living activities
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting safe mobility and transfers
Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Communicating client updates as needed
Providing reliable, compassionate, and professional care
Filling in for caregiver call-outs as needed to help ensure clients continue receiving dependable care
Acting as the face of the office in the field by representing the company with professionalism, compassion, and strong communication
Mentoring and supporting field staff by helping model quality care, reliability, and professional standards while working with clients and caregivers
