About The Position
The Lead CMA/LPN/Clinic Tech will assist the Clinic Manager with the interviewing/hiring process, the implementation of policies and procedures, training of new staff members, providing feedback for annual employee evaluations, providing notification of patient safety concerns, and areas for process improvement. The lead position will also be involved in providing patient care.
Requirements
- Valid NC LPN License, NC Paramedic, AEMT or EMT B Certification, or CMA Certification
- Minimum one year of work experience in a primary care medical clinic or similar environment
Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinic Manager with the interviewing/hiring process
- Assist the Clinic Manager with the implementation of policies and procedures
- Train new staff members
- Provide feedback for annual employee evaluations
- Provide notification of patient safety concerns
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Provide patient care
