About The Position
As a Clinical Navigator at PAM Health, you will be the face of our hospital, meeting patients at their worst times and guiding them towards recovery. You will share our success and the potential success they can reach during their rehab stay, empowering them to achieve their goals. This role is crucial in supporting patients and their families through their rehabilitation journey.
Requirements
- Current licensure in nursing or respiratory therapy is required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the designated field of license.
- Experience with rehabilitation/LTACH and marketing experience preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Degree from an accredited college or university in a health field, preferably nursing.
- Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the training and management of the business development team, including Clinical Liaisons, Physician Liaisons, and other directed individuals.
- Provides marketing support to clinical liaisons and other business development team members for sales presentations at hospitals and clinics.
- Cultivates referral relationships and manages assigned territory.
- Makes sales contacts and analyzes referral and admission data from assigned territory.
- Works collaboratively with the Director of Admissions, admission staff, nursing, and other internal and external staff to facilitate referral conversion.
- Performs patient evaluations for admission to PAM Health.
- Provides feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service, referral and admission process, and patient/referral source satisfaction.
- Develops and maintains excellent relationships with all stakeholders, including prospective patients, family members, physicians, ICU and floor nurses, discharge planners, case managers, and payer representatives.
