About The Position

As a Clinical Navigator at PAM Health, you will be the face of our hospital, meeting people during challenging times and guiding them towards recovery. You will share the hospital's successes and the potential for patient success during their rehabilitation stay, instilling confidence and support to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Current licensure in nursing or respiratory therapy is required.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the designated field of license.
  • Experience with rehabilitation/LTACH and marketing experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree from an accredited college or university in a health field, preferably nursing.
  • Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the training and management of the business development team, including Clinical Liaisons, Physician Liaisons, and other directed individuals.
  • Provides marketing support to clinical liaisons and other business development team members for sales presentations at various hospitals and clinics.
  • Cultivates referral relationships, manages assigned territory, and makes sales contacts.
  • Analyzes referral and admission data from assigned territory.
  • Works collaboratively with business development team members, including the Director of Admissions and admission staff, as well as nursing and other internal and external staff to facilitate referral conversion.
  • Performs patient evaluations for admission to PAM Health.
  • Provides feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service, the referral and admission process, and patient and referral source satisfaction.
  • Develops and maintains excellent relationships with all stakeholders, including prospective patients, family members, physicians, ICU and floor nurses, discharge planners, case managers, and payer representatives.
