About The Position

As a Clinical Navigator at PAM Health, you will be the face of our hospital, meeting patients at their most challenging times. Your role is to share the hospital's success and the potential for patient recovery during their rehabilitation stay, providing them with the confidence and support needed to achieve their goals.

Requirements

Degree from an accredited college or university in a health field, preferably nursing, preferred.
Current licensure in nursing or respiratory therapy is required.
Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience preferred.
Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the designated field of license, preferably with rehabilitation/LTACH and marketing experience.

Responsibilities

Assists in the training and management of the business development team, including Clinical Liaisons, Physician Liaisons, and other directed individuals.
Provides marketing support to clinical liaisons and other business development team members for sales presentations at hospitals and clinics.
Cultivates referral relationships, manages assigned territory, and makes sales contacts.
Analyzes referral and admission data from assigned territory.
Works collaboratively with the business development team, Director of Admissions, admission staff, nursing, and other internal and external staff to facilitate referral conversion.
Performs patient evaluations for admission to PAM Health.
Provides feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service, referral and admission process, and patient/referral source satisfaction.
Develops and maintains excellent relationships with all stakeholders, including prospective patients, family members, physicians, ICU and floor nurses, discharge planners, case managers, and payer representatives.
