LEAD CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST - Full Time, Day

About The Position
Responsible for assisting in the supervision of the Chemistry Departments with an efficient, economic and quality manner, to the satisfaction of the Lab Medical Director, the Laboratory Department Director, Hospital Administration and the medical staff. Lead, coordinate and participate in laboratory, including testing and compliance with regulatory agencies e.g. Proficiency Testing, SOP, PI and any other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Two (2) years’ experience as a Medical Technologist.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- California State License for Clinical Laboratory Scientist (current).
- CPI is required within 30 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Master’s degree preferred.
