The Lead Client Strategist serves as the strategic partner for our flagship client, American Express, embedding deeply in the client’s brand and culture to ensure all work is insight-driven, strategically aligned, and culturally relevant. This role elevates day-to-day execution into cohesive solutions that build trust and strengthen long-term partnerships. While primarily focused on Amex, the strategist may occasionally support other clients. Success comes from deep brand knowledge, strong relationships, and a mindset of asking “why” at every turn.
