Lead Strategist

Phreesia
1d$135,000 - $145,000Remote

About The Position

Hundreds of millions of times per year, Phreesia has the chance to communicate with patients at a key moment just prior to talking to their healthcare teams, and HCPs as they prepare to meet with patients -- helping both ask the right questions, share in decision-making, and see better outcomes. As a key member of our Network Solutions department, the Lead Strategist will play a critical role in shaping engagement strategies that directly contribute to business growth, improved program performance, and achievement of key HCP business objectives. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and optimizing campaigns, and identify primary and secondary research opportunities to deliver more impactful healthcare experiences and envisioning what our platform needs next. You will work closely with teams across the organization and collaborate regularly with our Research, Product, User Experience, Market Development, Data Science, Insights & Analytics, and other teams. We are looking for smart, creative, and entrepreneurial strategists eager to take leadership roles in developing end-to-end engagement strategies for both patient and HCP campaigns that support brand goals and positive health outcomes. Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.
