About The Position

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring cleaners in a food production setting. This is a lead position, involving cleaning duties as well as assisting the supervisor in maintaining the building. The shift is Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 1:30 AM. The wage is $24/hr. with a $250 sign-on bonus after 4 months of employment.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift

Responsibilities

• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required
