About The Position
We are seeking a Lead In-House Cleaner to join our team. This role is responsible for cleaning various common areas within Uptown Rental Properties and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be reliable, organized, and self-motivated, with a team-first mindset. This position offers a pay rate of $16-$18 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of cleaning or janitorial experience

Responsibilities
- Clean hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and other common areas
- Complete daily work orders using a mobile app
- Support and assist other cleaning team members
- Report maintenance or cleaning concerns to the Facilities & Operations Manager
