Requirements

  • Previous experience leading or supervising a kitchen team required
  • Strong background in Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Ability to train and motivate staff while maintaining high standards
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Reliable, hands-on leader with a passion for food quality

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead the team during shifts
  • Train, guide, and support kitchen staff to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Ensure all dishes meet recipe, portion, and presentation standards
  • Manage kitchen workflow and coordinate with front-of-house as needed
  • Enforce proper food safety and sanitation standards across the kitchen
  • Step in on the line and support stations as needed during service
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and minimizing food waste
