About The Position

Baptist Health is hiring for a Chaplain Lead at Baptist Nassau. This is a Full-Time Days position. The Chaplain Lead will provide Pastoral Care and Counseling, religious resources, and support groups for patients, patients' families, hospital staff, and physicians. They will function as an active member of treatment teams, respond to referrals from nurses, physicians, and local clergy, and assist and collaborate with pastoral care staff, residents, students, and volunteers. The role also involves developing efficient follow-up support plans for patients and their families. This position will be located at Baptist Nassau.

Requirements

• Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) required
• 3-5 Years Chaplain/Clergy Experience Required
• 1-2 years CPE Residency Required
• Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) Required
• National Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC) Required
• National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC) Required
