Requirements

  • Certified Medical Assistant
  • Experience in a urology specialty
  • Skills in scheduling, triaging patient calls, and coordinating procedures
  • Ability to mentor and train medical assistants
  • Understanding of complex medical conditions
  • Skills in managing administrative and clinic tasks
  • Base pay range of $22.97 - $24.57

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a valuable resource for both patients and the medical staff, improving patient care through increased efficiency, better coordination, and streamlined processes.
  • Optimize patient flow, manage appointments, facilitate communication between patients and providers, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all patients visiting the clinic.
  • Take charge of scheduling, triaging patient calls, coordinating procedures, and overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the medical assistant team.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to contribute to efficient clinic operations, reducing bottlenecks and improving productivity.
  • Establish a structured training program for new medical assistants and ensure ongoing professional development for existing staff.
  • Serve as a mentor, providing guidance, support, and continuous education to the medical assistant team.
