This role ensures a positive guest experience by overseeing daily procedures, aiding in meal preparation and cooking, and upholding company expectations. The Lead Cook will manage inventory, ordering, and utilize reservation systems to ensure seamless event execution. They are responsible for the preparation of buffet menu items according to established recipes and standards, delegating tasks to the catering team for presentation, and ensuring compliance with all operating procedures, safety, sanitation regulations, and departmental policies. The position also involves promoting outstanding customer relations and performing other assigned duties.
