About The Position
As a Lead Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our guest interactions, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. Your responsibilities will include mastering the register system, handling all transactions with confidence and accuracy, managing special transactions such as returns and price overrides, and opening and closing registers while ensuring accurate cash flow and adherence to security procedures.
Requirements
- Prior retail, cash-handling, and customer service experience.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Naturally enjoy interacting with guests of all ages.
- Ability to intercept, engage, and demonstrate products effectively.
- Welcoming, positive, and friendly attitude towards customers, team members, and venue staff.
Responsibilities
- Handle all transactions with confidence and accuracy.
