This role is designed for individuals who are actively in their coursework to become a BCBA and are accruing practicum hours. It is intended to prepare an individual to be a successful BCBA upon completing their hours and passing their exam. The Lead Case Supervisor role will also be part of our new Apex Program, designed for individuals who are within 6-9 months of testing to become a BCBA. This program is elevating how we develop and support our team members as they pursue a career as a BCBA. It includes enhanced programming for all of our practicum students, as well as building community with your peers across centers. This is a full-time, hourly position. The caseload and paid unrestricted hours may be higher as you get closer to testing, depending on local center growth and availability.
