About The Position

We're looking for a standout—a highly skilled Lead Carpenter who takes ownership, leads from the front, and gets the job done right. You know your craft. You take pride in your work. You solve problems instead of waiting for someone else to solve them. And you don't need someone standing over your shoulder to get the job done. We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who can take ownership of a project, lead a crew, solve problems in the field, and deliver work they're proud to put their name on. We help homeowners and businesses rebuild after fires, water losses, storms, and other property damage.
