Requirements
- 10+ years of lead carpentry/project management experience
- Significant experience in residential additions, framing, trim, and cabinet setting
- Fluency with local building codes
- Pride in a tidy worksite, a square corner, and a promise kept
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Run projects from start to finish, including framing, additions, trim, cabinetry, and tile.
- Schedule subcontractors.
- Order materials.
- Keep inspections on track.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Mentor apprentices and crews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during remodels.
