Requirements
- Live in Sonoma County.
- At least 7 years of experience leading as a lead carpenter or foreman with a medium-sized general contracting company.
- Experience with high-end residential remodels, additions, and new homes.
- A track record of successfully leading small crews respectfully and positively.
