About The Position

Amada Senior Care is looking for compassionate, experienced, and reliable caregivers, specifically CNAs and HCAs, to join their team. This role involves hands-on assistance in the Portland Area, Oregon, and requires a flexible schedule, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and being over the age of 21. The company offers paid training if needed.

Requirements

Caregiver with at least (2) years of caregiver professional experience, highly preferred.
Ability to lift, move or assist patients using proper body mechanics.
Must have valid Driver's License, proof of current auto insurance.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
Ability to communicate effectively with seniors.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Must be over the age of 21.

CNAs and HCAs are preferred.

Responsibilities

Assisting with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) including bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, incontinence, and feeding.
Assisting with IADL's (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) including shopping, housekeeping, medication management, and meal preparation.
Following each client's Care Plan.
