Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply).
Must have at least 3 years of caregiving experience with the senior population.
Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties.
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
Three years of formal caregiving experience in senior care.

Responsibilities

Perform daily administrative support tasks in the agency office.
Assist in conducting caregiver orientations and field training.
Be available to cover last-minute shift callouts or fill gaps in high-need clients.
Execute client care plans and document daily activities.
