About The Position

Caring Senior Service is hiring experienced Lead Caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs for a role that combines hands-on caregiving with leadership and office support. This position involves providing quality, compassionate care to clients, assisting with caregiver scheduling and shift coverage, supporting the onboarding and training of new caregivers, serving as a resource for caregivers in the field, and assisting with calls and day-to-day office coordination to maintain consistent, high-quality client care. The ideal candidate will lead by example with professionalism and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, or Lead Caregiver experience
• At least 18 years old
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Bilingual skills are a plus
