About The Position

We are hiring experienced Lead Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for a dynamic role that combines hands-on caregiving with leadership and office support responsibilities. This position requires flexibility, including on-call availability for days, nights, and weekends. This is not a typical caregiving role. We provide a pathway for experienced caregivers to expand their impact beyond direct care. As a Lead Caregiver, you’ll work closely with office staff, assist with operations, and help mentor and support other caregivers in the field. We are committed to supporting your growth as a leader. As a Lead Caregiver, you’ll gain hands-on experience in both caregiving and operations, working closely with office leadership and contributing to the success of the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA (lead experience preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in both field and office settings
• Flexible availability, including on-call, nights, and weekends
• Compassionate, dependable, and highly professional
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, one-on-one care to clients as needed
• Supporting caregiver scheduling and shift coverage
• Assisting with onboarding and training of new caregivers
• Serving as a point of contact for caregivers in the field
• Answering calls and assisting with day-to-day office coordination
• Helping maintain quality and consistency across client care
• Leading by example through professionalism and strong work ethic
