About The Position

Caring Senior Service is hiring an experienced Lead Caregiver, CNA, PCA, or HHA to provide client care while supporting our caregivers and office team. This is more than a caregiving position—it’s an opportunity to grow into a leadership role. Successful Lead Caregivers may qualify for guaranteed weekly hours and future advancement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or Lead Caregiver experience
• Must be 18+
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Able to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to clients
• Help cover open shifts
• Support caregiver scheduling
• Help train and onboard new caregivers
• Assist caregivers in the field
• Answer calls and support the office team
• Help maintain quality care
• Lead by example
