About The Position

Amada Senior Care is seeking compassionate, experienced, and reliable caregivers, specifically CNAs and HCAs, to join our team. We are hiring a lead caregiver for full-time hours in the Gresham, Oregon area. The ideal candidate must have a flexible schedule, be able to drive, and be over the age of 21. Paid training is available if needed.

Requirements

Caregiver with at least (2) years of caregiver professional experience, highly preferred.
Ability to lift, move or assist patients using proper body mechanics.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must have proof of current auto insurance.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
Ability to communicate effectively with seniors.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Must have a flexible schedule.
Must Drive.
Must be over the age of 21 (to be able to purchase Tobacco and alcohol for clients).

Responsibilities

Assisting with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) including bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, incontinence, and feeding.
Assisting with IADL's (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) including shopping, housekeeping, medication management, and meal preparation.
Following each client's Care Plan.
