Manages the programmatic requirements of the Workforce Investment Act/Workforce Opportunity and Innovation Act to achieve and/or exceed established goals. Also ensures that systems are in place to deliver quality program services. This role requires managing and conducting analysis of workforce activities to ensure implementation of policies and procedures, evaluating compliance with policies and procedures and adherence to contract requirements. The Lead Career Navigator will collaborate with the Community Leadership team and other Operations Management team members to ensure that all operating standards are maintained. They will communicate effectively with management and appropriate staff regarding areas of improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements, serving as the point person for programmatic issues and resolutions. Additionally, this role involves developing and delivering program-specific training, formulating teaching outlines, and ensuring staff demonstrate required knowledge and skills. The Lead Career Navigator will be actively engaged with all relevant operations leading to the success of staff, communities, centers, and the system, analyzing data, identifying trends, and mobilizing staff to take action. They will also manage and conduct quality reviews, prepare reports, communicate findings and recommendations, and ensure corrective actions are completed within required timeframes. Finally, this role includes designing and delivering user-friendly status and trending reports to the operations management team and providing performance summaries to the Project Director.
