About The Position
Riverside Home Care is an independently owned, locally operated non-medical home care agency dedicated to helping seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. They are looking for compassionate, dependable Lead Care Professionals who want to build meaningful relationships with clients while being part of a supportive team that truly values caregivers. This role involves providing hands-on support to clients, mentoring fellow caregivers, and ensuring clients receive comfort, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client wellbeing
- Completing simple visit documentation
- Mentoring and supporting fellow care professionals
- Assisting with client check-ins and supervisory visits
