Lead Care Pros help create stability for clients, families, and fellow Care Professionals by supporting Starts of Care, caregiver transitions, and high-quality client experiences — while continuing to provide hands-on care. Requirements

• 2+ years of caregiving experience preferred
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Dependable, professional, and solutions-focused
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional non-medical care and companionship
• Support new client Starts of Care
• Help stabilize higher-need client situations
• Assist with caregiver transitions and shadow shifts
• Mentor and support fellow Care Professionals
• Communicate with Scheduling, HR, and Client Care teams
• Build strong relationships with clients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and professionalism
