As a Lead Care Partner, you will be the driving force behind the satisfaction and success of our dedicated caregivers. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you'll excel in multitasking, utilizing technology, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • At least 1 year of recent HR experience, specifically in filing and data entry within the healthcare domain.
  • Computer proficiency, coupled with your innate ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A self-motivated self-starter, you have a genuine passion for assisting and working with people.
  • A clear background check
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough orientations and warm welcomes for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into our caregiving community.
  • Overseeing the meticulous completion of all essential hiring documents before caregivers embark on their first assignments.
  • Safeguarding and maintaining the integrity of personnel files throughout their journey with us.
  • Tracking and managing critical metrics, including in-service hours, supervisions, evaluations, and health-related data.
  • Facilitating in-person introductions and comprehensive skills training to empower caregivers to provide exceptional service.
  • Implementing and reinforcing an innovative employee recognition program that celebrates our caregivers' commitment.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with the Regional Director and scheduling departments to promptly address and resolve employee concerns.
  • Advocating for our caregivers, promoting a harmonious and productive work environment.
  • Ensuring unwavering compliance with HIPAA regulations, both within field staff and the office.
  • Playing an active role in managing employee grievances at the initial stage, promoting swift resolution.
  • Timely communication of emergencies, illnesses, or other events that may impact patient caseload.
  • Engaging in the Quality Improvement process, contributing to ongoing enhancement initiatives.
  • Assisting in preparing for audits and surveys, showcasing our commitment to operational excellence.
  • Regularly liaising with HR staff across the provider spectrum to share insights, updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborating with external partners for necessary in-services and proactively planning the in-service calendar for the year ahead.
