Reporting to the Director, Capacity, Access and Flow (Emergency Management/Capacity), the Lead, Capacity, Access and Flow (Capacity Planning) plays a key role in strengthening health system capacity across Northern Ontario. This role leads complex planning, health human resources, acute care, emergency management and policy initiatives that improve access, patient flow and system performance. Working collaboratively with Strategy, System Planning, Design and Implementation teams, the Lead provides expert advice, builds strong partnerships and uses evidence-informed approaches to support innovative, equitable and sustainable solutions for northern and rural communities.
