About The Position

This position is for a Lead Cannabis Budtender at Bud's Goods & Provisions. The role is comprehensive, blending sales, customer service, and compliance with CCC regulations. Key responsibilities include acting as a key holder, assisting management with opening and closing procedures, structuring shifts for sales agents, and reviewing transactions for accuracy. The Lead Budtender is also expected to act as the Manager on Duty when required, dispense cannabis products in strict compliance with regulations, and be proficient in Metrc and Point of Sale systems. An advanced knowledge of cannabis products, consumption methods, and storage requirements is essential. The role also involves accurate cash handling, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and providing optimal guest service while managing guest flow.

Responsibilities

Acting as a Key Holder and Following the Basic Opening or Closing Procedures in the Absence of, or to assist, a Manager.
Structuring the Shift and Communicating Directions to Sales Agents
Reviewing all Sales Associate transactions to ensure transaction accuracy including correct product, quantity, and charges.
Acting as the Manager on Duty as Described in Security and Emergency Procedures
Dispensing Cannabis and Cannabis Products Following Strict Guidelines to Remain in Compliance with CCC Regulations at All Times
