Requirements

  • 2+ years of carpentry, finish work, or installation experience (custom cabinetry or remodeling experience is a big plus)
  • Strong attention to detail — you care about getting it right the first time
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a hands-on environment
  • Reliable, professional, and takes ownership of their work
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Install custom cabinetry, closets, and garage systems with a high level of precision
  • Lead projects on-site and ensure jobs are completed to company standards
  • Deliver a professional, high-end customer experience in clients’ homes
  • Complete daily job documentation and reports (training provided)
  • Problem-solve on-site challenges with a solutions-first mindset
