About The Position

Indotronix is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to serve as the connective leader between business and technology. This role will bring structure, operating rigor, and strategic direction to the overall work set. The analyst will be responsible for looking at the end-to-end process, helping to structure the program, and utilizing AI for compliance by setting up prompts that automatically initiate jobs based on outcomes. Additionally, the role involves structuring the team's JIRA board, interfacing with teams to build roadmaps for pipeline projects, managing a portfolio, providing updates, requesting updates, and managing workload.

Requirements

8+ years of experience

Responsibilities
