  • Experience with Sales and Distribution (SD), specifically regarding Pricing Procedures, Revenue Recognition, and how billing documents post to the GL.
  • Experience with organizational change, including training departmental heads on new system capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Controllers Office and Internal Audit teams to streamline year-end and month-end closing processes through automation and improved system workflows.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between Finance and other modules, particularly overseeing how Sales and Distribution data flow to the Finance Ledgers.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop training documentation for end-users, and provide Tier 2/3 functional support for system issues.
  • Collaborate with the Controller and CFO’s office to align SAP functionality with long-term financial goals and regulatory compliance (GAAP, Uniform Guidance, etc).
  • Act as the Functional Lead for upgrades (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA migrations) or new entity rollouts, managing the full project lifecycle from scoping to post-go-live hypercare.

Benefits

  • medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • a 401(k) retirement plan
  • flexible spending and health savings accounts
  • at least 13 paid holidays
  • winter closure
