We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including MyDisneyExperience and Hey, Disney! The Lead Business & Information Analyst role involves partnering with others to find solutions that have a lasting impact on the Guest experience. In this position, you will join our team of portfolio and project managers and oversee portfolio health insights that lead to decisions for actions and drive the planning for the team’s strategic vision. You will partner with technology and business groups throughout DX Data Products & Platforms (DPP) to develop business case justification, drive strategic planning, and ensure the organization is effective in meeting the overall Portfolio goals. Additionally, in this role, you will lead the refinement of the DPP portfolio plan through major financial actions such as Annual Capital Planning, Annual Operating Planning, Long-Range Plan and other requests.
