About The Position

What is the opportunity? The Identity Access Management (IAM) Intake & Enablement team, within Global Security, is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving multiple complex enterprise and customer-related IAM initiatives. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will coordinate, develop, lead, and execute business analysis activities to ensure IAM change initiative objectives are met, and completed according to stakeholder needs. You will analyze IAM requirements and business processes through current and future state analysis, requirements elicitation, and solutions identification, collaborating closely with IAM Engineering, Architecture, Strategy, and various lines of business. What will you do? Lead IAM Initiatives: Triage, own and deliver IAM related change requests from inception to implementation by conducting BA activities such as eliciting and defining requirements, stakeholder and project management, facilitating UAT, and ensuring requests are completed according to deadlines and prioritization metrics. Business Impact Assessment: Understand the business context and be able to assess the impacts of the proposed changes on people, processes, access management and security policies, and technology. Risk Management: Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate or escalate them appropriately. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to drive enterprise initiatives, manage assigned deliverables, and build strong relationships across business units to ensure seamless integration of initiatives into RBC procedures and processes Leverage Expertise: Support IAM leadership and other team members with ad-hoc requests or queries when required What do you need to succeed? Must have: Relevant college/university degree and/or post-graduate degree in Business Analysis or equivalent work experience Minimum 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience Working knowledge of IAM practices and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, EntraID, HashiCorp Vault). Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills Proven ability to facilitate discussions with multiple stakeholders and influence key decision makers Experience as a team or project lead – ability to coach others and drive activities towards achieving project deliverables and goals Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project methodology with a solid understanding of SDLC fundamentals Nice-to-have: Working experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence Understanding of IAM physical and logical access controls Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Institute – Professional in Business Analysis (PMI – PBA) Certification, Masters Certificate in Business Analysis, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or IAM vendor related certifications What’s in it for you? Requirements

  • Relevant college/university degree and/or post-graduate degree in Business Analysis or equivalent work experience
