About The Position

Arrow Stage Lines is looking for a Lead Motorcoach Detailer for our Omaha location. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision and direction. The Lead Motorcoach Detailer will work with the Cleaning Manager in being responsible for overseeing the cleaning and detailing of our fleet while ensuring high standards are met. This is a full-time position working five days a week. The typical shift runs from 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., but hours may vary based on workload, and some shifts may start earlier or run later. Pay starts is $24.25 per hour! Arrow Stage Lines is the premier charter bus company in America. Requirements

  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in overseeing a team.
  • Reliable transportation and regular attendance (must be available for assigned shifts).
  • Ability to use power wash machine and use repetitive motion with machine and wash brushes, squeegees, etc.
  • Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be able to pay attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work with various cleaning soaps and chemicals.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record, allowing them to be covered on the company's vehicle insurance policy.
  • Weekend work is required.
  • Able to work in a team, as well as individually.
  • One year of cleaning experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical knowledge is helpful.
  • One year experience leading a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct the cleaning team to ensure all company vehicles are detailed to company standards.
  • Use power sprayers to wash exterior of vehicle.
  • Clean the interior of vehicles, to include overhead luggage bins, seats, kick panels, footrests, and lavatory area.
  • Clean all windows and window frames.
  • Sweep and mop floors of vehicle.
  • Clean Driver compartment area.
  • Perform final inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly.
  • Ensure miscellaneous finishing touches are completed (i.e. wastebaskets are emptied and cleaned, place lost items in lost and found, spray air freshener, etc.).
  • Performs end of shift procedures, including securing equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new and current detailing team members.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and reports needs to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
