Lead Build Engineer

As a Lead Build Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our digital platforms are built, released, and deployed with speed, quality, and reliability. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in build, release, or DevOps engineering
- Strong expertise in build automation and deployment pipelines
- Experience supporting enterprise .NET build and release environments
- Proven ability to lead system upgrades and large‑scale releases
- Experience with cloud resource management and production environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions
- Demonstrated ownership of operational stability and release quality
Nice To Haves
- Experience with modern DevOps and CI/CD tooling
- Hands‑on experience with monitoring, alerting, and automation tools
- Exposure to cloud platforms and infrastructure optimization
- Experience serving as an escalation point or DevOps subject‑matter expert
- Strong documentation and process‑design discipline
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and governance of build and release processes
- Design and enhance build, packaging, and deployment automation
- Own mobile application releases to Apple App Store and Google Play
- Establish deployment, monitoring, and operational tooling standards
- Provide technical leadership for infrastructure upgrades and strategy
- Perform capacity planning and improve build and deployment performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and release procedures
- Design automated monitoring, recovery, and repair solutions
- Lead disaster‑recovery planning and Tier 2 support for complex issues
