About The Position

Electric Lettuce, voted Best Dispensary 2026, is looking for a Lead Budtender to join our Oregon City team. This role requires strong cannabis knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to a team focused on great products, great people, and a welcoming experience.

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Must be 21+
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Cannabis industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience and coach others to do the same
• Educate customers and help them find the right cannabis products
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
• Support merchandising, product displays, and sales
• Lead by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements
• Assist management as needed
