About The Position

The Lead Booker plays a key role in growing the DivaDance North Las Vegas community by converting leads into active clients. This role focuses on direct outreach, relationship building, and consistent follow-up to book new clients into weekly classes. This is an ideal position for someone who is outgoing, organized, and passionate about connecting with people and promoting a fun, empowering brand.

Requirements

Strong communication skills (phone + text)
Comfortable making outbound calls (warm + cold leads)
Highly organized and self-motivated
Positive, energetic, and personable attitude
Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly

Nice To Haves

Sales, booking, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Call potential clients from the waitlist and MindBody lead management system to book them into classes
Conduct calls to introduce DivaDance and educate prospects (confidence calls)
Clearly communicate the value of DivaDance and the North Las Vegas dance community
Convert leads into booked clients each week
Follow up with clients to strengthen our conversion rate and encourage more of them to join as members
Send and respond to text messages to engage and book clients
Provide timely, friendly, and professional communication
Answer questions and guide clients through the booking process
Maintain consistent weekly follow-up with leads
Re-engage inactive or undecided prospects
Track conversations and booking progress
Fill in as client engagement host at the studio as needed (greet clients, check in client, educate potential clients of membership options)
Other duties as assigned

Represent the energy and culture of the North Las Vegas market
