About The Position

At Gracent Pediatric Therapy, we offer a different kind of experience for BCBAs, focusing on manageable caseloads (6-8 kids) and dedicated supervision (16-20%). We practice true interdisciplinary care, with BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers working collaboratively. We utilize the Gracent Care Calculator, a peer-reviewed clinical tool, to avoid blanket hour recommendations and ensure evidence-based practice. This role offers the opportunity to mentor RBTs and newer BCBAs, solve clinical challenges, and contribute to the operational structure of the center.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Illinois, and in good standing.
• At least 2 years of BCBA experience.
• Comfort with operational data and willingness to analyze PowerBI dashboards.
• Strong communication skills, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.
• Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, write and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care.
• Support parent training and supervise RBTs and BTs.
• Mentor and onboard newer BCBAs and BCBA students.
• Assist with hiring processes, including interviewing candidates.
• Support family tours, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.
• Utilize PowerBI dashboards to track key metrics and act on data insights.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
• Maintain high clinical standards for documentation and treatment plans.
