Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Lead BCBA) — Pediatric ABA — Lake Bluff, IL

North Shore Pediatric TherapyLake Bluff, IL
$86,000 - $110,000Onsite

About The Position

At North Shore Pediatric Therapy, we offer a different kind of experience for BCBAs, focusing on providing a supportive environment with manageable caseloads and an interdisciplinary team. As a Lead BCBA, you will have the opportunity to shape the structure of the work, not just operate within it. We emphasize assent-based, neuroaffirming care and provide clinicians with substantial resources. Our centers practice true interdisciplinary care, with BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers collaborating closely. We utilize a peer-reviewed clinical tool, the Gracent Care Calculator, to ensure evidence-based practice without guesswork. This role is an opportunity to do your best work by guiding RBTs, mentoring newer BCBAs, solving clinical challenges, and influencing the operations of your center.
