Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Lead BCBA) — Pediatric ABA — Vernon Hills, IL

North Shore Pediatric TherapyVernon Hills, IL
$86,000 - $110,000Onsite

About The Position

At North Shore Pediatric Therapy, we offer a different kind of experience for BCBAs, focusing on providing ample time for each child, fostering an interdisciplinary team environment, and empowering clinicians to shape the structure of their work. We prioritize assent-based, neuroaffirming care and provide clinicians with substantial resources. Our centers practice true interdisciplinary care, with BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers collaborating closely. We are distinguished by our refusal of blanket hour recommendations and our development of the peer-reviewed Gracent Care Calculator, a tool made freely available to the field. This role offers an opportunity to mentor RBTs and newer BCBAs, solve complex clinical challenges, and influence the operations of your center.
