About The Position

This role is for a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Gracent Pediatric Therapy, focusing on pediatric ABA services in Naperville, IL. Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Illinois, and in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of BCBA experience.
  • Comfort with operational data and willingness to use Power BI dashboards.
  • Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.
  • Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.

  • Some BCBA experience included mentoring, supervisory, or training responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, write and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care.
  • Support parent training.
  • Supervise RBTs and BTs.
  • Mentor and onboard newer BCBAs and BCBA students.
  • Assist with hiring by interviewing candidates and assessing fit.
  • Support family tours, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.
  • Use Power BI dashboards to track key metrics and act on data.
  • Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers in real time.
  • Maintain high clinical standards for documentation and treatment plans.
