Midwest Autism & Therapy Centers creates a culture where clinical expertise is recognized, supported, and celebrated. As a center-based and outcomes-focused organization, our mission is simple: to show up as our best so we can create the greatest possible impact in the lives of the children and families we serve. Midwest Autism & Therapy Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Clinical Leader to join our growing Michigan team. This leadership role is responsible for providing clinical oversight, mentoring Behavior Analysts and clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and supporting the continued growth and success of our programs. As a Lead BCBA/Clinical Leader, you will oversee clinical excellence by maintaining appropriate clinician-to-client ratios, ensuring individualized treatment plans are implemented with fidelity, and promoting evidence-based practices across your team. You will provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development to Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinical staff while fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment. We utilize electronic clinical data collection systems to support treatment planning, progress monitoring, quality assurance, and insurance documentation, allowing our clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional ABA services.
