About The Position

Cove Forge Williamsburg is seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Associate (Lead Tech) to provide leadership, support patient care, and help maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff. Under the supervision of the Manager-Patient Support, the Lead Tech oversees patient monitoring activities and provides guidance and supervision to Behavioral Health Associate staff during assigned shifts. This role is instrumental in supporting daily operations, staff development, patient safety, and treatment success. As a Behavioral Health Associate, you play a vital role in keeping our patients safe while supporting their recovery every day. You will provide hands on care and compassionate support in a structured, team focused environment where your work truly matters. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire
First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred
